Follow up inspection to report #F00241032:

- Undercounter 2 door cooler at the front of the kitchen (by POS system) has been replaced with a new unit. Temperature measured at 4C.
- Thermometer available inside the undercounter cooler.
- General sanitation has improved. Areas noted in the previous report have been cleaned.
- Immediately begin daily temperature log for all coolers/freezers/hot holding units. This will be verified during the next routine inspection.
