Observation: - Neither Quats nor bleach detected in the Chemical dishwasher at the end rinse cycle.
Corrective Action(s): - Call for professional service Immediately.
- Before the dishwasher get fixed, please use disposable dishware or utencils, or manual wash in the 2 compartment sink by either 100ppm bleach or 200ppm Quats sanitatizing the dishware.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Meat tubs observed sitting on the floor of the walk-in cooler without lids covered.

Corrective Action(s): - Please keep all the food containers off floor on the sheving units.
- Properly cover the food containers all the time to prevent contamination.

Observation: - A hole observed on the bottom of the back door, which might be a entrance point of rodents.
- 2 Drains in the back room were not in a sanitary condition, which might allow fruit flies harboring.
Corrective Action(s): - Seal the hole of the back door corner.
- Clean and sanitize the drains more frequently.

Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the owner Rita.

General
- General sanitation was satisfactory.
- Staff have good hygiene.
- Hand sinks and staff washroom were fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and cold/hot running water.
- no signs of pest activity during inspection
- Quats spray bottles 200ppm
- Neither chlorine or Quats detected in the Chemical dishwasher with test strip at the end of the rinse cycle. See violation.
- Grease built up on the Ventilation hood, coming service date 2022-08-30.
- Meat grinders and meat slicers were all in a sanitary condition. No food debris observed on the equipment.

Temperature controlled units
- Walk-in cooler at 3C
- Walk-in freezer at -19 C
- Sandwich cooler in the kitchen top and bottom < or = 4C
- Display cooler in front area at 2.5 C
- Hot-holding units for soup measured above 60 C
- Food storage well organized and labelled.
