General:

- Hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- All coolers' temperature measured at 4 degree C or less
- All freezers' temperature measured at -18 degree C or less
- Hot holding unit temperature measured at 80 degree C
- Low temperature dishwasher chlorine level measured at > 50 ppm
- Chlorine in spray bottle measured at 100 ppm
- General sanitation is ok, enhance cleaning needs to be done at the area mentioned above
- No sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
- Ice machine is clean, ice scoop is stored in a clean container
- Staff on-site has valid FoodSafe
