Please note: hood fan is due for servicing
Noticed an odor coming from area of grease trap area. Manager stated that it had been recently serviced. Please take appropriate action to control odor.

All temperatures meet health requirements
Dishwasher tested at 50ppm Cl
Quats was a little high - have it adjusted. Several buckets available throughout kitchen
Observed appropriate thawing method
Thermometers present in units
Ice machine maintained
Hand washing sinks equipped
General cleanliness was satisfactory
No signs of pest activity at time of inspection
Discussed slicer cleaning with staff - ensure removable parts are placed into dishwasher. The remaining portion is to first we washed with soap and water to remove all organics. Then, follow up with sanitizer.
