General sanitation good - no signs of pest activity. Sanitizer bucket and spray bottle readily available with 200 ppm Quats solution. 3 compartment sink present and unobstructed. High temperature dishwasher reached 73 C at plate surface. Lighting fixtures have safety covers. All the staff have a valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate.
