One tray with sweets was on the top of the display case (the customer area); and it was not covered at the time of inspection.
Few food items in containers were not covered in the prep. cooler at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): All food must be stored of the floor (6" above).
All food must be covered.

All cold units are equipped with working thermometers.
Low temperature dishwasher at 100 ppm.
Dry storage - satisfactory.
Fan hood - clean.
