Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Two sanitizer containers on the counter and two sanitizer buckets on the floor reading less than 50 ppm Quats.
Correction: Sanitizer concentration muts be at least 200 ppm Quats to prevent the spread of pathogenic bacteria on food contact surfaces.

This inspection done by an EHO student.

Comments;
-General sanitation satisfactory.
-Freezers were -18 deg. C or below
-Coolers were 4 deg. C or below
-Sanitizer dispenser at 3-compartment sink reading 200 ppm Quats.
-Dishwasher temperature reached 75.5 deg. C at the plate.
-Handwashing facilities adequate with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
-Food is protected from contamination by being covered and stored at least 15 cm off the floor.
-No sign of pests at the time of inspection.
-Manager holds current FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
-Permit posted in a conspicuous location.
