Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No soap for hans washing observed at front counter. Serving food should be carried only after hand washing. Operator supplied liquid hand soap in dispenser at the time of this inspection.

2- Fruit flies noted throughout the facility.

Observation: under cabinets, floors, under refregarators and shelve in the back room/kitchen noted heavily soiled. Unused items, cardbvoards and other items hindering proper cleaning on floors and under equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all items that are not used for your operation.

- Thoroughly clean floors, under equipment, shelve and counters. Sanitize with sanitizer.
- Wipe down surfaces with sanitizer with fresh cloth. Do not use the same cloth over and over agian without washing and sanitizing.
- Organize kitchen and back stock room. Ensure no sugary stuff on the floor.
- Clean corners and get rid of snap traps already broken.
- Organize shelve in th back.
