Observation: Droppings have not been cleaned since the routine inspection. They remain in the following areas:
> Storage room
> Behind the grease trap
> Beside the ice machine
> Under the 2 compartment sink
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings and clean and sanitize these areas using a bleach solution. Obtain bleach to make a 100ppm chlorine solution to help remove scent trails that may be attracting more rodents.

> Cleaning in the 2 prep coolers has been completed.
> Storage room has been reorganized, less clutter.
> Correction order for dishwasher leak rescinded - unit is no longer leaking.
> Display cooler is not storing potentially hazardous food items.

Note: pest control technician was contacted directly to inquire about use of bait inside the premises. Technician agreed to remove the bait box inside the storage room upon next service.
