The Licensee was very engaged with the children, she used a calm voice while interacting and was able to adhere to the children's needs in a timely manner. Evidence of self monitoring is in place.
As part of the routine inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. The Risk Assessment includes non-compliance identified during the routine inspection and a 3 year “historical” review of the facility’s compliance and operation.
Due to technical issues the report will be provided to the Licensee at another time however, it was reviewed at the time of inspection.
The following discussions were provided:
- Licensee was observed to wipe down the tables before and after snack. A discussion was had about spraying the solution on the table and letting it sit for a minute or so before wiping it away to ensure proper sanitization.
