Observation: Dishwasher in Willow Servery will not repaired due to upcoming move to new New Vista building in July 2020.
Corrective Action(s): All dishes normally washed in Willow Servery must be cleaned and sanitized in the main kitchen. Manager has already discussed this with staff. If it is repaired before the move to the new building please contact the undersigned.

Observation: Dishwasher in Willow Severy reached only 58C at the final rinse cycle. Dishwasher was run several times.
Correction: Until dishwasher is repaired, use either single-use cutlery, plates, dishes etc., or bring all dishes down to main kitchen's dishwasher.

Observation: Dishwasher in Willow Servery reached 66C at the final rinse cycle.
Correction: Continue to use main dishwasher until dishwasher is able to reach 71C at the final rinse cycle. If issue is hot water tank capacity, a cleaning schedule may need to be implemented to ensure all dishwashers in the premises are able to reach minimum rinse temperature.
