Observation: Hot water tap at hand wash station not working. Operator stated plumber will have it repaired by the end of this week. Adjacent sinks are available for handwashing with hot and cold water in the kitchen.

*Always use metal containers when cooling hot items such as soup. Use an ice water bath to assist in cooling. PHF's must drop in temperature from 60 to 4 c within 6 hours.
Dishwasher at 129F and approx. 60ppm chlorine. Soap dispensed into wash cycle.
All cold holding equipment cold holding at <4c
Freezers at <-18c
Monitoring logs being maintained
Back door tripping hazard has been fixed and is no longer a tripping hazard.
