Observation: Bush synthetic food colouring observed in kitchen. Products (Orange Red, Lemon Yellow) have labels "For external use only".
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not use this food colouring.
2. All products made using these products are to be discarded as per approved food safety plan: contaminated food.
3. Any unopened containers of food colouring is recommended to be returned to supplier.
4. Forward any invoices for this product to your district inspector.

3. **REPEAT** (Since Nov 2022) Rodent dropppings observed in corner of boiler room behind hot water tank.
