Corrective Action(s): Operator brought out the sanitizer spray during inspection which had 100 ppm chlorine residual. Keep surface sanitizer available at all times Violation Score: 5

Staff on site did not have a valid FoodSafe certificate (expired). Corrective Action(s): Staff member has indicated she will be renewing her FoodSafe. Operator eventually came on site and has valid FoodSafe. As discussed, there must always be at least one staff at all times that has FoodSafe. Staff member is to get FoodSafe within 2 weeks.
