Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in red bucket had 0 ppm chlorine residual.
Corrective Action(s): Operator brought out the sanitizer spray during inspection which had 100 ppm chlorine residual. Keep surface sanitizer available at all times

Observation: Operator was initially not on site during inpsection. Staff on site did not have a valid FoodSafe certificate (expired).
Corrective Action(s): Staff member has indicated she will be renewing her FoodSafe. Operator eventually came on site and has valid FoodSafe. As discussed, there must always be at least one staff at all times that has FoodSafe. Staff member is to get FoodSafe within 2 weeks.

Both ice cream freezers at -18 deg C or less
Handwash station across from hot holding area is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
3 compartment sink available, chlorine based powder mix in 3rd compartment at 100 ppm chlorine residual available to sanitize all utensils.
Ice machine in sanitary condition
