Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tablet was on a cutting board and knife.

Comments

Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -11C.
-Prep coolers were at 4C (top and bottom).
-Front upright cooler was at 4C (creamer)
-Chest freezers were below -18C.
-Food items were cooked to greater than 74C (grill and fryer).
-Potentially hazardous foods cooled in a proper manner and were at 4C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles were labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered. Raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-Operator FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 19, 2023.
