Bleach sanitizer in 3 compartment sink measured at 100 ppm Walk in cooler at - 1 C, blast freezer at -21 C, no product available at time of inspection. Product will be sold at Nature's Pickins. Label provided at time of inspection. Manager and staff are Foodsafe Level 1 certified. Note: Ensure staff foodsafe certificates are available onsite.
