This is a repeat violation. Corrective Action(s): a) Fix within one week. Use a 1 tsp. per liter bleach solution for a sanitizer solution in the meantime. b) Correct within one week. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Ice machine was clean. Dishwasher reached 71 C at the plate level. General sanitation was satisfactory.
