-Follow-up inspection to February 15, 2024.
-Handwash stations were accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles were tested at 200ppm and were properly labelled. Sanitizer was available in each food preparation area.
-Chef has reviewed hand hygiene practices with all staff. Ensure staff continue to adhere to good hand hygiene practices.
-Foods in the self-service area were properly covered and protected from potential contamination.
-Hot foods were at/or above 60C.
-Upright cooler currently does not have a thermometer - staff are probing foods to verify the internal temperatures are at/or below 4C.
-Technician has visited facility regarding the door seals. Door seals are on order. While seals are waiting to arrive, ensure they are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
