Staff were notified and the item was put for washing and sanitizing. Corrective Action(s): This item should be cleaned and sanitized regularly, just like any other food contact surface. Routine inspection conducted - Hand sinks are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water - All coolers are at or below 4C. Older cooler in the kitchen is not in-service and is going to be removed - All freezers are at -18C - Dry storage is good - Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50-100ppm Chlorine - Bleach sanitizer in a bucket achieves 100ppm (For kitchen only) and QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle achieves 200ppm (for bar area and counters) - Bar area glasswasher is in good working order - iodine achieves 12.5ppm - No signs of pest activity
