Comments

No signs of current pest infestation. Some old droppings in hard-to-reach corners. Clean and monitor. Hand sinks are stocked and working. Keep paper towel roll off of the counter so it doesn't get wet. Dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine in final rinse. Fridges are under 4 Celsius and well organized.
