Comments

Cleaning and sanitizing of meat slicer has been done. One small area missed around upper guard of blade Lids have been added to all containers in walk in cooler Rag found stored in a sanitizer solution. Good Cleaning of prep cooler has occurred. As discussed with owner, a new sealant along bottom edge would greatly improve the ongoing cleanliness of this system. Please have that gap addressed for your next inspection in 1 month Screen addition in progress. Follow up in one month Thank you
