- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available in each area
- Temperature log is in place for refrigeration units
- Rotisserie chicken in hot holding unit measured >60C
- Soups in hot holding unit measured >60C
- Hot holding units and refrigeration units are equipped with thermometers
- Ready-to-eat foods in refrigeration units measured <4C
- Walk-in coolers measured <4C
- Walk-in freezer measured <-18C
- Foods are stored off of floor
- Pest control service received on a weekly basis

**Shovel used for scooping ice shows signs of wear. Plastic pieces may chip off and contaminate ice. This was noted in the last inspection as well. Replace the shovel/scoop.
