Observation: Jugs used for making smoothies not maintained in a sanitary condition. Slime build up noticed on the underside of most blender jugs. Cleaning procedures not adequate as per Jugo Juice corporate sanitation plan.
Corrective Action(s): All jugs especially the ones used for high protein smoothies must be washed followign each use with detergent and hot water, scrubbed thoroghly using a brush, rinsed with water and then sanitized by soaking in 200 ppm Quats sanitizer solution. Alternatley a commercial dishwasher must be installed for proper cleanign and sanitizing of all jugs (immediately).

Observation: White fuzzy growth( mould) seen at the base of the wheat grass tray.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use any wheat grass if it has turned mouldy. You must follow up with the supplier regarding the mould issue (Immediately).
Trays of mouldy wheat grass were discarded during the inspection.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Front panini sandwich display cooler at 5.9 degrees C at the time of inspection. Frost build up noticed in the bottom section of teh cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or adjust the cooler so that it maintains all sandwiches at 4 C or below. ( Immediatley)

*Ensure wheat grass extractor components are washed and sanitized in the double sink after 2-4 hours. Once a day cleaning is not adequate.
*Improvement required in the general sanitation in the kitchen. Clean floor in all corners and hard to reach areas
