Dishwasher not reaching temperature, must reach 71C at dish

Operator has contacted a dishwasher repair company to have serviced, follow up inspection scheduled for Friday.

In the meantime bleach dip can be used, this is a temporary solution as it is not intended to be used for large volumes of dishes. Facility becomes busy Fridays/weekends. If dishwasher cannot be repaired restaurant will have to switch to paper (disposable) or closure until dishwasher is repaired.
