corrective action: Sanitizer bag has been changed and measured at 200 ppm quats from dispenser. Sanitizer buckets refilled and measured at 200 ppm quats. Please ensure that the correct product is used and that sanitizer concentration is being verified with the test strips located on the premises. Re-wash and sanitize all surfaces. All areas identified in the previous report have been cleaned. Ensure that areas under shelving and equipment are cleaned on a regular basis to prevent the accumulation of food debris.
Chemical storage area is well organized. All chemicals are labelled and stored separate from food. Quats sanitizer measured at 200 ppm.
