Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Two display cooler units for self serve holding potentially hazardous food items at 12C to 20C when probed.
- Bags of raw chicken and tripes were sitting in a undercounter cooler that was plugged off. Items measured at 30C.
Corrective Action(s):
- Various food items were checked in the display coolers including blood puddings, raw meats, fishballs, noodles submerged under water and they all measured above 4C. Discard all potentially hazardous items.
- Raw chicken and tripes were discarded at the time of inspection.

- No sanitizer observed inside kitchen.
Corrective Action(s):
- Staff made bleach sanitizer (measured at 200ppm) at the time of inspection. Ensure there is a sanitizer available at all times for kitchen use.

- Hot held rice and cooked pearls at 60C or above.
- All coolers (except the self-serve display coolers) at 4C or below.
- Freezers at -2C to -12C.
- Staff confirmed meat slicer is cleaned and sanitized after each use.
- Staff confirmed ice cream machine is cleaned and sanitized every night.
