Routine inspection conducted today: As per the Coordinator, the facility is mainly used for storing donated food and for serving food cooked in the building next door. Handwash station accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below. All freezer units were at -18.0C or below. Interior of the ice machine and cutting boards noted in good condition and noted sanitary. QUAT sanitizer available. 400 PPM QUAT was noted in one of the 2-compartment sink basin. High temperature dish machine was able to reach 71.6C at the plate level during the rinse cycle. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
