Routine inspection: candy manufacturing facility. Note: premise not in operation. Candy is currently being manufactured and distributed from the Vancouver location. Hand sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Reminder to mount the paper towels dispenser onto the wall. 2 compartment sink available for use. 100ppm bleach to be used to disinfect work surfaces such as the work tables, roller, rope sizer, and rope cutter. Colouring agents stored in the cooler. General sanitation is satisfactory.
