Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash sink available in the back of house. Handwash station equipped with hot and cold running water and liquid soap. Please ensure paper towel is nearby for staff to perform proper handwashing when required. All refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C. Freezer unit was at -18C. All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor. General organization and sanitation satisfactory. No pest activities noted during the inspection.
