Observation: Food served when hand wash station had neither soap and paper towel.
Correction: Employees must wash hands before, during and after food service.

Observation: Paper twoel dispenser handle is grimy. Operator touches after washring hands. Facuet handles have grease and need cleaning and sanitizing.
Correction: Clean and sanitize all surfaces, especially areas that are touched after handwashing.

Handwash station in back now properly equipped with paper towel and liquid soap to allow for proper handwashing for employees
Food items observed to be thawed in acceptable manner
