- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm
- Prep coolers, beverage coolers, and walk-in cooler were at 4C or colder
- Ice cream freezer was at -18C. Clean ice cream scoop was stored in designated holder - reminder to wash ice cream scoop after each use.
- Hot held soup measured to be above 60C
- Food storage practices satisfactory. All food stored off the floor, properly labelled, and covered.
- Temperature logs well maintained.
Note: Operator currently working to resolve drain fly issue - not a significant number of live flies noted at time of inspection. Ensure to keep all areas clean and free of food debris and moisture. Contact a professional pest control company if problem persists. |
