Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple buckets of tartar sauces being stored inside the beverage cooler at 17C. It was noted from the previous report that the beverage cooler will only store can pops.
Corrective Action(s): Move the tartar sauces inside the walk in cooler.

2) Food items (ie fish) stored unwrapped inside the walk in cooler and domestic cooler.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed throughout the dry storage room. Most food items stored inside this room are prepackaged, dry foods. Prepackaged containers stored inside. Discard ALL foods items that are opened and may have been contaminated.
Corrective Action(s): - Call a professional pest control company for pest control
- Clean the mouse droppings. This is a repeat violation.

- All handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Surface sanitizers available in designated white buckets with presoaked wiping cloths at 100ppm bleach concentration. Change out the sanitizer solutions regularly to ensure effectiveness. Ensure to properly label ALL sanitizer solutions.
- FOODSAFE certified staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
