Routine Inspection - hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel - walk in cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius - Stand up freezer not functional at the time of inspection. New freezer is on order. - dishwasher final rinse temperature above 72 degree Celsius - bleach solution available in spray bottles. Too strong. mix as per the instructions provided - food safe level 1 trained staff available - Food premises will be changing status from a F O to FE 1. Application completed. Food safety and sanitation plans submitted. Declaration for fee waived form completed. Meals will be served only once a week for now. Health approval granted to operate. This approval does not exempt you from approvals required by other agencies.
