Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available for warewashing. Bulk chlorine on-site. Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle measured at 200ppm.
Meat bandsaw in use at the time of inspection. Walk-in cooler and display cooler measured at 4C or lower.
Meat bandsaw and grinder sanitized every 4 hours as stated by the operator.
Meat grinder in sanitary condition.

No chicken is being cooked at the time of inspection. Operator informed that they have stopped cooking of chicken. Informed operator that any changes in food menu, they must inform health department for approval prior to commencing. Operator states that he wants to switch from FE1 to FO in the next fiscal year.
