Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of the samosas and pizzas were not hot enough ( 107-113F).
Corrective Action(s): Must be 140F/60C or higher. The temperature of the display unit has been turned up. The food is being reheated to at least 165F. Monitor temperature.
