Observation: - High temperature dishwasher plate surface temperature measured at 54.1 degree C
Correction: - Call the technician immediately to adjust the temperature to 82 degree C at the final rinse cycle, and 71 degree C at the plate surface. Dishwasher can still be used to wash and rinse the dishware. Fill up the sink beside the dishwasher with QUAT sanitizer. Ensure the QUATs concentration is at 200 ppm at all time. Fully immerse the dishware within the sanitizer for at least 2 minutes to kill the germs.
