Inspection report 259949 Follow up inspection as per inspection report 259629 conducted on May 25, 2023 The following items have been addressed: - pest control in place ( Mighty Mike pest control # 604. 996.0300 ) - daily temp logs are available ( please ensure to keep a log for hot holding units ) - soup warmer - measured internal temp at 63C - both coolers are operating at 4C ( owner is supporting with ice packs ) discussed to store only less potentially hazardous food/and small amount with a short turn over of food = the back door will not be in use so no screen doors will be install Bleach used as approved sanitizer ( measured at 100ppm )
