Follow up inspection conducted: General sanitation improvement noted. Any spilled foods are to be promptly cleaned, especially areas around the rice/flour section. Small amount of droppings were observed; however, they all seems to be old and dry. Clean the droppings immediately. Pest control from a professional pest control company is in place every 48 hours. Continue to monitor pest activity. Inspection report emailed to the operator. Please contact your district health inspector for any questions or concerns.
