302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0 PPM QUAT sanitizer detected in the two sanitizer containers. 0 PPM QUAT also detected from the wall mounted sanitizer dispenser. Corrective Action(s): As per staff, someone swithed the setting on the wall mounted sanitizer dispenser, therefore, no sanitizer was being dispensed. Issue corrected. Wall mounted sanitizer dispenser was able to dispense 400 PPM QUAT. Both sanitizer containers were discarded and refilled with the new sanitizer solution. It is imperative for staff to check the concentration of the sanitizer with the test strips they have onsite to verify that at least 200 - 400 PPM QUAT is detected prior to using. Please do not let this happen again going forward. Violation Score: 5

Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CXMRBW Some mouse droppings still noted on the floor by the Coors Light cooler. Grease still noted on the wall above the upright cooler at the end of the cookline. Dust still noted on the wall behind the ice machine. Floor below the cutting boards noted cleaned compared to last time.
