Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwich prep cooler's ambient temperature was measured at 8.0C. Internal temperature of cream cheese was measured at 6.7C. Temporary measure was put in place. A repair man will be on-site on April 1, 2021.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the prep cooler is maintained at 4C or below. Please send a photo of the repair once done.
