Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): About 1/2 dozen spring rolls found at room temperature; 23 Celsius. Discarded. Keep spring rolls hot or cold.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both kitchen hand sinks were blocked and out of soap. One sink had a bag of meatballs in it; the other had a pan of water in it. Keep hand sinks clear and stocked with soap and paper towel at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door propped wide open during inspection. Keep closed or install a tight-fitting screen to keep pests out. Of note there were several flies noted at time of inspection.
