Comments

Handsink fully stocked with hot and cold running water. Fridge 2 C. Freezer not in use, will be replaced in upcoming renovation. High temperature 90 C gauge level, 78 C plate level. Quat bucket ~ 200 ppm detectable. Food prepared in Dania Home and delivered to Manor via cambro units 2x daily, lunch and dinner. No signs of pests detected in dry storage. Gen: shelving beneath sink beside dishwasher has collapsed, this must be addressed in upcoming renovation.
