Routine Inspection Conducted - Only store front was inspected (Food Store) as the rest of the facility is CFIA licensed Observations: - General sanitation is satisfactory - No signs of pest activity on site during inspection - All food observed stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor - Bulk bins observed in sanitary condition - No storage of potentially hazardous foods on site Operator to submit following updated plans to the health inspector: - Health application (change from Food Other to Food Store and update in address to include BOTH units #108 and unit #109) - Updated floor plan for store front only - Updated sanitation plan Initial inspection will be conducted once the operator has submitted the aforementioned updated plans for the store front and the plans have been reviewed and approved by the health inspector.
