Routine health inspection. Walk-in cooler at 3 degrees C. Items stored off the ground. Under counter cooler (cooking area) at 3 degrees C. Cold condiment station at 4 degrees C (above and below). Reach in cooler at 4 degrees C. First in first out stock rotation appears to be in use. Freezers at -14 to -24 degrees C. Hot holding at 60 degree C or more. Thermometers in place for coolers, hot holding. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Washroom hand sinks also adequately supplied. Three compartment sink available and supplied with hot and cold running water. Equipment/utensils in sanitary condition. Quats available at 200 ppm from the dispensing unit at the 3-compartment sink and also in a labeled spray bottle. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Temperature and sanitation logs maintained and up to date. Probe thermometer available for internal temperature checks. Manager's FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent expires February 20, 2026 (manager present on site).
