- All coolers less than 4C
- Freezers less than -18C
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 72C during the final rinse at the dish surface
- Food storage is satisfactory. NOTE: Store all food items in dry storage off the floor
- Foodsafe certification verified . The kitchen incharge at the time of inspection has Foodsafe and works everyday
