- Temporary food safety plan for hot-holding unit

Observations:
- Hot-holding unit has been repaired and is measured at 60'C or higher during time of inspection. Operator mentioned that temperatures are checked regularly and most foods are served within 2 hours
- Sandwich cooler at front measured at 3'C
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
