Code 306: All areas noted were cleaned. Operator indicated that the grill and fryer area (floor, wall, all surfaces of equipment, canopy) was professionally cleaned. General sanitation of premises was satisfactory.

Code 308: Sliding door cooler was serviced on Feb 19, 2019 and invoice provided . Operator indicated that there was nothing wrong with the cooler and that food on the backside of cooler prevented cold air flow. Ensure to follow the recommendations from the cooler service provider on how to store food to avoid blocking the cold air flow and that food is being checked for temperatures regularly to ensure that potentially hazardous foods are stored = or <4C. Several food items were checked at 4C or below at time of inspection.
