Spray nozzle is leaking, operator stated they have ordered a new one. Cleaning and organized has greatly improved Chemical storage has been moved to newly organized closet Dry storage organized New shelves installed at dishwashing area - metal wire racks Light covers in place at light fixtures hand sink up front equipped with soap and paper towel Ice machine equipped with a clean container for ice scoop New seal on order for 2DR cooler Sanitizer available at 100ppm - be sure to refresh the solution every 2 - 4 hours and switch wiping cloths.
