All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees C or colder. Fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C or colder. High touch surfaces are being disinfected every three hours. General sanitation is overall good. Walk in freezer is well maintained. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks. Temperature logs are being maintained for refrigeration units.. Note: Food sampling not occurring at this time.
