Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher (chlorine) supply tubes were switched b/w rinse aid and sanitizer chemicals, resulting in insufficient sanitizer concentrate being supplied to the machine
* Corrected during inspection. 50ppm chlorine is now being supplied during rinse cycle.
Ensure to check sanitizer concentration daily
